On this space we can each put information about the tasks we need completed, dates they need to be completed by, and the hours Mei has worked each week, since Mei will be attending Sean's class, we will try to have her work 7 hours per week. Mei can note when a task has been completed. (Mei feel free to put your time the previous weeks in too if you want). Here is a format that might work (feel free to adjust):

Week of 9/13-9/19

Section 5 tasks (for Jeanne):
Date task should be completed:
Time it took to complete task

Section 4 tasks (for Maryl): Read the coursepack readings for 9/30: Coursepack p. 183-208. This will be important for grading midterms. Also I would ask you to read my syllabus, as our courses are structured a bit differently than Sean's.
Date task should be completed:Sunday, 9/19
Time it took to complete task: 4 hours

240 instructor meeting: 2 hours
Sean's class: 3 hours

Mei's total hours for the week: 9 hours

Week of 9/20-9/26
Section 5 tasks (for Jeanne):Hi Mei, can you grade the Learning Logs that are in the 9/23 folder on Angel? If you could check to make sure that all 32 kids have done them that would be first. Then each week, actually grade 10-15 of them on a scale of 0-20 points that would be great. Each student should recieve 4 more scores over the course of the semester. If you have time, I would love a little summary of any misconceptions they hold, questions they have, etc that you think I need to talk about in class. But please don't make it too much work for yourself. A bullet list is fine.
Date task should be completed: weekly
Time it took to complete task:

Section 4 tasks (for Maryl):Grade Angel discussion #2. Students should have posted by Thursday morning. Read coursepack p.209-218 (mid-term will be similar).

Students have the first 3 boxes of the disability matrices for ADHD, LD, EMH, and CI due on Thursday (10/7) at 4:10. Please (2.5 pts. per disability, 10 pts. total). There are 31 students. Just make sure that they completed what is required. Thanks!!! If you can grade it sometime between Thursday and Tuesday, I would appreciate it!
Mei's total hours for the week:

Mei, I have caught up on the grading of the last 3 weeks of learning logs. Please grade each log each week on a scale of 7 points. 2 pts clarity, 2 pts depth, 2 pts relevance, 1 pt glossary. The logs are due at 6am before class. If you could grade them by Tuesday morning of the following week, that would be great. Thank you. Jeanne

Week of 10/11-10/17:

Jeanne: Mei, I have caught up on the grading of the last 3 weeks of learning logs. Please grade each log each week on a scale of 7 points. 2 pts clarity, 2 pts depth, 2 pts relevance, 1 pt glossary. Maryl:
Scan case Thursday or Friday (I will talk to you about this) and upload to my angel mid-term folder.
Grade learning logs (in High Incidence folder) for completion - 4 matrices, boxes all completed, as you did last week. They were due by 4:10 on 10/14. Take off a point if they were late, but otherwise 2.5 pts/grid, entire log is worth 10 pts. Please finish by Wednesday morning.

Week of 11/11
Maryl: Grade learning logs (10 pts, 5 per disability matrix. I told them they didn't have to use the matrix itself, but just to make sure they include the 6 categories). If one or 2 seem to be a different assignment, it means that the students used the old syllabus. Just send me their names.
